Lee is an associate of Gerrish Smith Tuck Consultants, LLC and the law firm of Gerrish Smith Tuck, PC, Attorneys. Lee’s legal and consulting practice focuses on community bank mergers and acquisitions, bank regulatory matters, and general banking and corporate law. Prior to joining Gerrish Smith Tuck, Lee spent more than two years in general transactional and litigation practice with a focus on commercial real estate. Prior to law school, Lee worked as a financial analyst for a national commercial real estate institution.

Lee graduated with a Bachelor of Science specializing in Finance from Tulane University in 2015. He received his J.D. from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2022, graduating cum laude. During law school, Lee interned for FedEx Corporation and Orion Federal Credit Union.
