HAYDEN CHERRY
Hayden is an associate of Gerrish Smith Tuck Consultants, LLC and the law firm of Gerrish Smith Tuck, PC, Attorneys. Hayden’s legal and consulting practice focuses on community bank mergers and acquisitions, corporate taxation, bank regulatory matters, and general banking and corporate law. Prior to joining Gerrish Smith Tuck, Hayden spent approximately a year and a half practicing commercial defense litigation and general corporate law.
Hayden graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2016. He received his J.D. from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2020, graduating magna cum laude. During law school, Hayden served on the Senior Editorial Board of the University of Memphis Law Review as Research Editor. Hayden interned for the Honorable Julia Smith Gibbons of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and for the Honorable Thomas A. Varlan of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee while in law school.
