JOHN S. SEABOLD. Mr. Seabold is a principal in Gerrish McCreary Smith Consultants, L.L.C. and a member of the Board of Directors of the Memphis based law firm of Gerrish McCreary Smith, PC, Attorneys. Mr. Seabold's practice is focused on banking, taxation, real estate, and commercial transactions, including the areas of Employee Stock Ownership Plans and other qualified retirement plans, employee benefits, executive compensation, employment agreements, corporate and personal taxation, commercial loan closings, mergers and acquisitions, private placement of securities, leveraged buyouts, real estate, and estate planning.

Mr. Seabold obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration and his law degree from the University of Mississippi and his Master of Laws in Taxation from Emory University.
